ITC Hotels Signs 104-Key Welcomhotel in Manesar, Expanding NCR Presence

ITC Hotels Limited has signed an agreement to develop a 104-key Welcomhotel in Manesar, Gurugram, expanding its presence in the National Capital Region (NCR). The project is part of the company’s asset-right growth strategy and aims to address the rising demand for business stays, weddings and social events in the region.

The proposed Welcomhotel Manesar Gurugram will feature rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, a lounge and recreational facilities. The property will also offer more than 18,000 sq. ft. of indoor banqueting space and 22,000 sq. ft. of outdoor event space. These facilities are planned to accommodate weddings, conferences, exhibitions and large social gatherings.

Commenting on the signing, Anil Chadha, Managing Director of ITC Hotels Limited, said the company is focusing on destinations with strong long-term growth potential. He noted that Manesar’s connectivity, expanding business activity and growing events market make it a strategic addition to the company’s portfolio.

Sushil Singh Chauhan, Partner at Green Path Prop Mart LLP, said the partnership aims to develop a hospitality destination catering to both business and leisure travellers while supporting the region’s growth.

Located along National Highway 48, Manesar has developed into an important industrial and economic corridor, supported by automobile component manufacturing, warehousing, logistics parks and commercial developments. Its connectivity to Delhi, Gurugram, Noida and Faridabad is expected to help the hotel attract corporate guests as well as visitors attending weddings and other events.

The project will add to ITC Hotels Limited’s expanding portfolio as the company continues to grow its presence across destinations with emerging business and tourism potential.
