One Above Global DMC Expands into UAE Through Strategic Merger with Adi Holidays

One Above Global DMC Network has announced a strategic merger with UAE-based Adi Holidays, marking its first expansion into the Gulf region. Effective June 2026, Adi Holidays will operate as the UAE division of One Above Global DMC, with operations based in Dubai under the leadership of travel industry veteran Masroor Ahmad Khan, popularly known as Mak.

The move strengthens One Above Global DMC’s presence in one of the most important outbound travel markets for Indian travellers. With over two decades of experience, Mak has held senior roles in the travel industry and built Adi Holidays into a well-established UAE-focused destination management company.

The merger is expected to enhance ground services, improve travel experiences, and offer stronger support to Indian travel agents through integrated operations, direct partnerships, and expanded regional capabilities.
