Goa-based regional airline FLY91 has opened ticket bookings for its new services from Navi Mumbai, expanding its network in Maharashtra and strengthening air connectivity between the Mumbai region, Goa and Lakshadweep. The airline will operate twice-daily flights between Navi Mumbai and Goa, with onward connectivity to Agatti. Navi Mumbai becomes FLY91’s 14th destination and its fifth in Maharashtra. The new services are part of the airline’s broader expansion plans, aimed at connecting more regional cities with important business, tourism and pilgrimage destinations across India.

The addition of Navi Mumbai is expected to provide travellers with another air travel option between the Mumbai region and Goa. The onward connection to Agatti also creates a link for passengers travelling to Lakshadweep, an island destination known for its beaches and marine attractions.

FLY91’s Winter Schedule 2026–27 will see a significant increase in flight operations, with weekly services expected to rise from 280 to more than 350. The expansion will involve higher frequencies across its network, as the airline works to improve regional connectivity and aircraft utilisation.

The airline also plans to introduce connections from Navi Mumbai to Jalgaon and Sindhudurg in phases. These proposed services are intended to strengthen links between Maharashtra’s cities and expand access to destinations beyond major metropolitan centres.

Commenting on the expansion, Manoj Chacko, Founder, Managing Director and CEO of FLY91, said Navi Mumbai was an important addition to the airline’s network. He noted that the airline’s focus remained on building a practical regional network that makes air travel more accessible. He also confirmed that connections to Jalgaon and Sindhudurg would be introduced in phases as part of the winter schedule.

With the latest addition, FLY91’s network covers 14 destinations: Goa’s Manohar International Airport in Mopa, Navi Mumbai, Sindhudurg, Jalgaon, Solapur, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Agatti, Kochi, Hubballi, Rajahmundry, Vijayawada and Tirupati.

The network expansion follows the airline’s firm order for 40 ATR 72-600 aircraft, valued at approximately US$1 billion. According to the company, the order is the largest firm order placed by a regional airline globally for ATR aircraft. Deliveries are scheduled between 2027 and 2032 and are expected to support the airline’s fleet expansion and future route development.

Tickets for the new Navi Mumbai services are available through FLY91’s website and major travel booking platforms. The additional routes and higher flight frequencies reflect the airline’s plans to expand its presence in the regional aviation market and improve connections between emerging cities and established travel hubs.
