New Delhi, October 11, 2025 — The High Commission of Malaysia hosted the lively ASEAN Bazaar 2025 at Chanakyapuri, bringing together the embassies and high commissions of ASEAN nations for a day filled with cultural exchange, flavours, and festivities. The event featured traditional performances, a variety of authentic Southeast Asian cuisines, fun games, and multiple rounds of lucky draws. The bazaar was inaugurated by ASEAN Heads of Missions, symbolising the region’s unity and friendship. Visitors experienced the diverse cultures of ASEAN countries in a joyful, community-driven atmosphere. With free entry and enthusiastic participation, the ASEAN Bazaar 2025 successfully celebrated the spirit of togetherness and cultural harmony among ASEAN member nations.

Moscow Marks World Tourism Day with Indian Connections Growing Stronger

Moscow celebrated World Tourism Day on September 27, highlighting its growing appeal for Indian travelers. In the first quarter of 2025 alone, around 18,000 Indians visited the Russian capital — a 50% rise from last year. Direct Delhi–Moscow flights have boosted this surge, while cultural ties keep getting stronger. This year, Moscow hosted vibrant Indian festivals including Bharat Utsav at Manezhnaya Square, International Yoga Day at VDNH, and the 10th India Day at Dream Island Park, which drew 2.7 million visitors. From yoga sessions and Bollywood culture to traditional cuisine and markets, Indian heritage shone across the city. With easier visas, diverse food options, and deep-rooted Indo-Russian friendship, Moscow continues to welcome Indian tourists warmly.
